ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition stating that the suit in O.S. No.35/2014 has been disposed off by the trial Court by its judgment dated 03.07.2019. Memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn in terms of the memo filed.
