Respondents (By Sri.S.Rachaiah, HCGP for R.1) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to quash the FIR in CR.No.32/2018 of Gangolli Police Station, Udupi, for the offence punishable under Section 376 of IPC, Sections 4, 4(1A), 21 of Mines and Minerals Regulation of Development Act 1957, and Rules 3(1), 42(1), 43(2), 43(a), 44 of Karnataka Minor Mineral Consistent Rules 1994, pending before the learned 1st Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Kundapura and etc.
