This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order Dtd. 2706.2016, passed in Crl. MISC. No. 475/2011, by the learned Family Court, Mysore vide Annex-G and to allow the application filed by the petitioners Under Section 311 ans 91 of the code of criminal procedure and etc.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the parties. Record perused.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of certiorari for quashment of the order dated 27.06.2016 passed by the Family Court, Mysuru, and to allow the application filed by the petitioner under Sections 311 and 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
3. The aforesaid writ petition is pending before this Court since 2016 in which no interim order has been passed. Now, the proceeding before the Family Court, Mysuru, must have been disposed of. Therefore, prima facie, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
