This writ petition coming on for orders, this day, the court made the following:
ORDER Memo is filed seeking liberty to withdraw the writ petition.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent authorities to consider his representations. He further states that in the meanwhile, respondent No.5 is stated to have removed the illegal construction.
Taking note of the memo and the submission made, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by reserving liberty as regards any fresh cause of action that may arise subsequently.
