O R D E R When this matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet is laid before the Special Judge on 26.07.2018 and hence, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition reserving a liberty to challenge either the charge sheet or to argue before the trial Court for his discharge as per the grounds available in law.
Reserving the liberty as prayed for, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
