ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 05.11.2019 seeking permission of the court to withdraw the petition in respect of Petitioner No.2 (A3)- Smt. Amudha, is concerned. Memo is placed on record.
In view of the said memo, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of Petitioner No.2 (A3) is concerned.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition in respect of Petitioners 1 & 4 (A2 and A4) respectively, with liberty to move appropriate Court for grant of bail immediately after filing of the charge sheet, in the case.
In view of the above submission, the petition as against Petitioner No. 1 and 3 (A2 & A4) is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as sought for.
