O R D E R The short grievance of the petitioner as to non-consideration of his claim for allotment of site no longer continues inasmuch as the respondent/BDA makes a responsible statement to the Court that it has already identified a particular site which the petitioner has to see, so that, further steps would be taken for allotment of the same, subject to legally admissible terms.
2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of recording the statement made by the respondent/BDA.
The time for compliance is two months. A Compliance Report shall be filed in the Registry of this Court after accomplishment of the task of allotment and registration of conveyance.
No costs.
