These writ petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the court made the following.
ORDER The suit having been disposed off on 23.10.2017, the writ petition challenging the order emanating therefrom has been rendered infructuous, and accordingly stands disposed off, keeping open the grounds/contentions and remedies available in law.
The submission of the parties that RSA is filed challenging the judgment and decree of the Court below is placed on record.
Accordingly, writ petitions stand disposed off.
