Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
" issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondents from interfering in possession over the Khasra no. 58 area 0-500 hect. and khasra no. 61 area 0.200 hect. Namely Raghunath Singh son of Natthu Singh and Ram S/o Jaggi Singh, Adhar Fasly year 1358 village Lakha Khas, Tehsil Bishalpur, District- Pilibhit. And in new Khasra no. 115 and 116 area 0.200 and 0.0810 hect. in Revenue Record of Fasly years 1424 to 1429 ancestral property (Purani Parti) land and revenue record in ancestral filed as Purani Parti land Lakha Khas, Tehsil Bishalpur, District- Pilibhit."
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some inadvertent mistakes have crept in and even though he has filed an amendment application but the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh before appropriate Court.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
