(By Sri. Kempanna, Advocate) ... Respondents This writ petition is filed u/A 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash Annexure-Q the endorsement dated 15.03.2018 in No.BBMP:YAVA/BYAUV:KTR:47/17-18 issued by the 2nd respondent dated 15.03.2018 and etc.
This writ petition coming on for conciliation before lok adalat after being referred by the court, the following conciliation order is passed.
CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the endorsement dated 15.03.2018 in No.BBMP:YAVA/BYAUV:KTR:47/17-18 issued by the 2nd respondent, vide Annexure-Q and to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2018 at Annexure-P and to register the khatha in the name of the petitioner with respect to the schedule property.
2. After negotiations, the respondent No.2 – ARO., has agreed to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 02.01.2018 as per Annexure-P and to register the khatha in the name of the petitioner with respect of schedule property within six weeks from this day. The petitioner has agreed to produce the relevant documents before the respondents for considering the representation given by him on 02.01.2018. The petitioner has also submits that the prayer at (a) for quashing Annexure-Q the endorsement issued by the 2nd respondent dated 15.03.2018 bearing No.BBMP:YAVA/BYAUV: KTR:47/17-18 may be dismissed as not pressed. A joint memo is filed on behalf of the parties to this effect.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

Respondent/s JOINT MEMO This Writ Petition is filed challenging the issuance of Endorsement by the Second respondent dated 15/03/2018 bearing No.BBMP:YAVA/BYAUV:KTR:47/17-18. The Writ Petition has been referred to this LokAdalat by the Hon'ble High Court U/S.20 of the Legal Services Authorities Act.1987. The petitioner and respondent have settled their claim before the Lok Adalat on the following terms:
The respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2018 at Annexure –P and to register the khatha in the name of the petitioner with respect of schedule property within six weeks from this day. The petitioner has agreed to produce the relevant documents before the respondent for considering the representation given by him on 02.01.2018.
In view of the above terms of the settlement, the petitioner do not press the prayer sought at (a) agreeing for not pressing the same.
Accordingly, both the petitioner and respondent prayed for disposal of the case in terms pf the Joint Memo.
The parties to this petition have set their hands to this settlement before the Lok Adalat in the presence of Conciliators on this 14/07/2018 at Bengaluru Bench.
