…Respondent (By Sri.P.S.Malipatil, Advocate) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the extract of board/executive committed meeting proceeding dated 13.11.2018 passed by the Deputy General Manager, as per Annexure-C and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.
Sri.P.S.Mali Patil, learned counsel for the respondent.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the resolution dated 13.11.2018 has already been given effect to and pursuant to the aforesaid resolution, private complaint has been registered and aforesaid complaint is under challenge in the writ petition, namely, W.P.No.21509/2019 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
