… PETITIONER … RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE 1ST AND 2ND RESPONDENT TO RELEASE THE AMOUNT AS PER ANNEXURE-A FOR THE PLAN YEAR 2014-15.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Mr.Ramana M.V.V., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to release the amount as per Annexure-A for the plan year 2014-15.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation with regard to his grievance to the competent authority. Needless to state that if such a representation is made, the competent authority shall decide the same within four months from the date of receipt of such representation by a speaking order in accordance with law. With regard to the other relief which has been claimed by the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
