ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. The learned High Court Government Pleader, on instructions, states that in view of the order dated 6th January 2017 (Annexure-E), the State Government will take appropriate decision on the application dated 17th August 2011 made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
3. We accept the said statement. Accordingly, we dispose of the petition by directing the sixth respondent to take appropriate decision on the said application within a period of four weeks from today and to communicate the same to the petitioner.
