THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, RAVI MALIMATH J., PASSED THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Being aggrieved by the order dated 18.02.2019 passed by the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal in Application No.951 of 2019, the present petition is filed.
2. Sri N. Devadas, learned Senior Counsel submits that the Tribunal committed an error in not granting an interim order. The contentions are advanced on merits.
3. On hearing the learned counsels, we do not find it appropriate to go into the said issues. The Tribunal while directing notice to respondents 1 to 3, granted four weeks time to file reply statement. Therefore, it is needless to state that prayer for interim relief would be considered after four weeks. Therefore, no good ground is made out to interfere. Writ petition is dismissed.
