THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO QUASH THE CUT-OFF DATE FIXED BY THE 1ST RESPONDENT IN THE NOTIFICATION DATED 2809.2017 MARKED UNDER ANNEXURE- F; AND ETC., THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R The petitioner has challenged the cut-off date fixed by the respondent No.1 in the notification dated 28.09.2017.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit ad idem that in view of the subsequent developments, this writ petition does not survive for consideration.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is rendered infructuous. In the result, writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
