This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct by issuance of Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ the Hon’ble Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Davanagere to conduct the trail on a day to day basis and conclude the same by passing judgment in Spl. C.C. No.134/2012 as expeditiously as possible not exceeding a period of 3 months and etc.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-

Record perused.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has sought for a writ of mandamus to the Trial Court to conclude the trial on a day to day basis, by passing the judgment in Spl.C.C.No.134/2012.
3. Therefore, in the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that in case Spl.C.C.No.134/2012 is still pending before the Trial Court, the Trial Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
Office is directed to transmit a copy of this order to the Court where Spl.C.C.No.134/2012 is pending.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
