O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned HCGP for the respondent - State and perused the records.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time, seek permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to surrender himself before the jurisdictional court and to seek for regular bail.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with said liberty as prayed for. In the event, the petitioner files an application for bail before the concerned court, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible without any unnecessary delay.
