O R D E R Sri. Naveen J. N., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri. B. Balakrishna, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. Petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the parties, same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for the following relief:
“Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ quashing the notice issued by the 3rd respondent dated 05.01.2018 marked at Annexure-M to the writ petition.”
4. When the matter was taken up today, Sri.
Balakrishna, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that after completion of investigation, charge- sheet has already been filed before the competent court and charge-sheet has not been filed against the petitioner herein.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
