No.372/2008 (old No.50/2006) on the file of the Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Arkalgud partly allowing the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 21.2.2006 passed in OS No.123/2002 on the file of the Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.) & JMFC, Arkalgud.

JUDGMENT Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo dated 5.3.2019 seeking permission to withdraw the appeal on the ground that the disputes between the parties have been settled and that the appellant does not want to press the matter.
