THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Both the counsel for the parties having argued the matter for some time, in unison submit that the amicable settlement has already been arrived at and that the same needs to be reported to the FDP Court and further that, for facilitating recording of the settlement, the impugned order needs to be set at naught. There is no reason to doubt this version coming from both the sides.
In the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed off quashing the impugned order reserving liberty to the parties to report settlement to the FDP Court within a period of eight weeks.
No costs.
