Respondents (By Sri T.K.Vedamurthy, Advocate) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus to the respondent to implement the directions contained in the appellate orders vide annexure-C and issue revised demand notice and cause refund of illegally collected tax along with accrued interest and etc.

ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents on instructions submitted that the grievance of the petitioner in the petition has been resolved by passing an order on 12.07.2018 by the Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, (Audit & Recovery)-5.7, Bengaluru. It is also submitted that certain amount is stated to have been refunded to the petitioner in view of these later development, Writ Petitions are disposed as nothing survives for consideration.
