…Appellant …Respondents This RFA is filed under Order 41 Rule 1 read with Section 96 of CPC, against the judgment and decree dated 01.04.2017 passed in original suit No.825/2013 on the file of the XXV Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru City (CCH No.23), dismissing the suit for declaration and possession.
This RFA coming on for orders this day, the court made the following:
ORDER The appellant’s counsel prays for time today also. Adjournment is rejected. On 28.6.2018 itself it was made very clear that this appeal would be dismissed if office objections are not cleared within two weeks. Cost of Rs.250/- was also levied. Cost is also not paid. However, the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to comply with the office objections and report the same at 2.30 pm. When the case is called at 2.30 pm, appellant’s counsel is absent. Appeal is dismissed.
