2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that the same has been rendered infructuous. It is further submitted that the petitioner be granted the liberty to approach the appropriate legal forum with regard to his grievance, if any.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the liberty as prayed for by the petitioner.
