THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.S.B. Totad, learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri. V. Shivareddy, learned HCGP for respondents.
2. In this petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.12.2018 of the petitioner (Annexure-F) and to direct the respondents to grant one additional increment to the petitioner.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation for grant of one additional increment submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within fixed time limit.
4. In view of the submission made and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the competent authority shall consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
