THESE PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the present writ petitions were filed seeking direction to respondents - Authorities to enforce the amendment of Section 20(2)(a-iv) and (a-v) by Karnataka Act No.03/2013 to the Karnataka Co- operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2012, to conduct an election to the 5th respondent - Society. It is now stated that the said election having been completed, the present writ petitions have become infructuous.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is placed on record. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
