Respondents (By Sri M.A.Subramani, HCGP for R1) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to declare that the demolition of the PUCCA construction made by the petitioner on the schedule property without due process of law as illegal and unsustainable and to direct respondent No.3 to restore the building and structures demolished by respondent No.3 and his officials as it existed earlier, alternatively, direct them to pay the damage/compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- towards cost of the building and mental agony and torture meted out by them and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
