ORDER Mr. Madhav Kashyap, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Prasanna Kumar, the learned counsel for Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner and respondent compromised the matter amicably and respondent – Complainant has taken a sum of Rs.40 lakhs. He submits that now neither the respondent nor the Petitioner are not coming to Court. It appears that they are not interested to pursue the case.
2. The said submission is placed on record.
3. As submitted, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and parties are not interested in pursing the matter. In that light, the present revision petition is disposed of with liberty that in the event both the parties comes and files compromise petition, then, under that circumstances, this order can be revived.
In view of the above, IA No.2/2017 does not survive for consideration and it is also disposed of.
