ORDER Petitioners in these writ petitions are seeking a direction to 3rd respondent – Tahsildar of Mudigere Taluk, to comply with the order of 2nd respondent – Deputy Commissioner of Chikkamagaluru District, dated 8.11.2017 in proceedings bearing No.Bhu.OO.Ni:Tham.Pi.R.Etc./163- 2016-17, vide Annexure-K.
2. Admittedly, the aforesaid communication between the 2nd and 3rd respondents is in directing the 3rd respondent to reconstruct the missing records with reference to land bearing Sy.No.14 of Chinniga village, Gonibeedu Hobali, Mudigere Taluk.
3. In these matters, the Tahsildar and ADLR of Mudigere Taluk, Sri.Padmanabha Shastri and Narasimha Murthy, who are present before this Court would submit that they will comply with the direction of 2nd respondent – Deputy Commissioner within 30 days from the date of declaration of results of 2019 Lok Sabha Elections.
Their submission is placed on record. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of.
