O R D E R These writ petitions are directed against e-tender notification dated 26.06.2014 produced at Annexures-D to D5.
2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that e-tender notification at Annexures-D to D5 are for the year 2014-2015 and the term has been over. Hence, the writ petitions will not survive for consideration.
3. The submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate is placed on record.
4. In view of the above, the writ petitions do not survive for consideration. Accordingly, they are dismissed.
