O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent.
Perused the petition.
2. Petitioners have sought to quash the proceedings initiated against them in C.C.No.3425/2014.
3. The learned SPP-II who has taken notice for respondent No.1 submits that trial in the aforesaid C.C.No.3425/2014 is concluded and all the petitioners namely accused Nos.1 to 7 are acquitted of the charges under Section 498A, 504, 354 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, by judgment and order dated 08.12.2017.
In view of the above submission, petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
