ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“… Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 2nd respondent in registering the crime under Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Tribes and the Scheduled Castes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 in Crime No.109 of 2007 on the file of III Additional District Judge Court, Tirupati at the instance of 3rd respondent, even when no elements constituting the alleged offence are made out by the 3rd respondent as being illegal, arbitrary and in contravention of Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 as well as being violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently quash the same as being abuse of the Court.”
At the hearing, Ms. M. Madhavi Priya representing Sri P.Hemachandra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous, WPMP.No.13047 of 2008 is also dismissed.
