THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Mr.Kaleemullah Shariff, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
Mr.Vijay Kumar A Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2. When the matter was taken up today, Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 22.09.2016 and 05.11.2018 contended at Annexures-A and B by a speaking order, within the fixed time limit.
3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the suitable action shall be taken on the aforesaid representations, in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submissions made and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and decide the representations dated 22.09.2016 and 05.11.2018 by a speaking order.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to entitlement of the claim of allotment of the plot in question to the petitioner.
