O R D E R The petitioner has challenged the cut-off date fixed by the respondent No.1 in the notification dated 28.09.2017.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit ad idem that in view of the subsequent developments, this writ petition does not survive for consideration.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is rendered infructuous. In the result, writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
