This Writ Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the Annexure-F impugned order dated 18.06.2018 dismissing the I.A.No.X filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No.212/2014 passed by the Learned I Additional Civil Judge and J.M.F.C., K.G.F., by allowing I.A.No.X.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an application for review of the order dated 18.6.2018 passed in Original Suit No.212/2014 passed by the learned I Additional Civil Judge and J.M.F.C. at K.G.F.
