ORDER Subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the State Government has issued a notification dated 5.8.2015 wherein further proceedings on the draft notification were dropped.
2. In view of this subsequent notification, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition. Consequently, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said notification.
