Promod Chandra SPP II for R1, Shri. H.V.Chandrashekar, Adv. for R2) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to quash the entire proceedings on the file of the learned II Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru in Crime No.233/2015 (P.C.R.No.7866/2015) etc.
This petition coming on for admission this day, the Court made the following;
ORDER Petitioner has sought to quash the proceedings in Crime No.233/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections. 425, 426, 427, 506(B), 418, 420 and 379 of IPC, on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that on completion of investigation, ‘B’ report has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.
3. In view of the above submission, the petition does not survive for consideration and accordingly, petition is dismissed.
