This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order dated 30.01.2003 passed by the 1st respondent in I.D.No.537/1999 and consequently, direct the respondents 2 and 3 to reinstate the petitioner as their employee with payment of full back wages to be computed from 13.11.1998 pertaining to his employment with the 2nd respondent.
2. There was no representation for the petitioner on 01.03.2017 and therefore, the matter was posted today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
