JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.M.P.No.2/2015 in W.P.No.736/2015 dated 01.03.2016.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court has been complied with up to May 2016.
3. The respondent Corporation is directed to continue to pay 17-b Wages in accordance with the direction contained in the order without default.
4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to join duty.
5. This request has also to be considered by the respondent Corporation.
6. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
