JUDGMENT / ORDER

Senthil Raja, Rep. through his power agent S.Velusamy ...Respondent in CRP(MD)No.362/2017 Prayer: These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act, 1960, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 03.01.2017, made in R.C.A.Nos.7 & 10 of 2015, on the file of Rent Controller Appellate Authority (Sub-Court), Palani, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 23.04.2015, made in R.C.O.P.Nos.7 & 10 of 2010 on the file of Rent Controller (District Munsif Court), Palani.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these civil revision petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, these civil revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected CMP(MD)Nos. 1767 & 1768 of 2017 is also closed. No Costs.
