It is stated that in compliance of the order passed in the writ petition, already an order is passed by the second respondent on 28.12.2016 itself. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same in a manner known to law. Therefore, this contempt petition is closed granting such liberty to the petitioner. No costs.
