When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.11.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 06.11.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Again, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.11.2017, once again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, in order to afford an opportunity to the petitioner, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter again on 08.11.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'.
