The present Misc. Civil Applications have been filed for restoration of aforesaid First Appeals on the grounds stated in the memo of applications. It is stated that the Office of the Government Pleader has not received the additional court fees from the acquiring body, which consumes some time and, therefore, the present applications may be allowed.
In the facts and circumstances, having gone through the reasons mentioned in the application, the present applications stand allowed in terms of Para Nos.5(B), 5(C) & 5(D). The order dated 20.10.2011, by which, the aforesaid First Appeals have been dismissed for non-prosecution, is hereby recalled. First Appeal (Stamp) Nos.2794 to 2800 of 2011 is ordered to be restored to file subject to filing of necessary application and/or court fees within a period of two weeks.
