(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L. SONI) By way of these applications, the applicants have prayed for condoning delay caused in filing the respective first appeals. Considering the averments made in para 3 of the application, we are satisfied that the applicants were prevented by sufficient cause from filing the appeals within the period of limitation.
We are, therefore, inclined to allow these applications. Accordingly, these applications are allowed. Delay of 645 days occurred in filing the first appeals is condoned in each matter. Rule is made absolute. These civil applications are disposed of accordingly.
