Heard learned AGP Mr. Raval as well as learned advocate Mr. M.M. Saiyed for the opponents-original claimants.

In view of the contentions raised and since the Appeal is admitted and interim relief in terms of para 5(b) is granted subject to the condition of depositing the entire awarded amount, out of the amount deposited the respondent original claimants may be permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount by account payee cheque.

The application accordingly stands allowed. Rule is made absolute.
