ORDER IN FIRST APPEALS The above First Appeals are arising out of the judgment and award rendered by the Reference Court dated 07.05.2007 with regard to the acquisition of the land acquired for the construction of Main Canal of Narmada Project. The Land Acquisition Officer made an award, which has been challenged before the Reference Court by the respective claimants by filing Land Reference Case Nos.615 to 635 & 636 to 650 of 1990 and details have been supplied by learned counsel, Mr.Raval by separate list.
As it appears, all the above appeals are with regard to small claim below Rs.1.00 lacs. Therefore without going into the matters of the appeals, the above First Appeals, which have been filed by the State, deserve to be dismissed only on that count of smallness of the claim. Accordingly, all First Appeals stand dismissed.

In view of the order passed in above group of First Appeals, the present applications deserve to be allowed.
