The Special Tahsildar vs Muthukumarasamy

Madras High Court|08 March, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

There was no representation for the appellant on the last hearing, i.e. 06.3.2017. Today, when the matter was called in the morning, there was no representation for the appellant. However, in the interest of justice, the case was passed over by 2.30 p.m. Even at 2.30 p.m, there was no representation for the appellant. Therefore, I am of the view that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
