J U D G M E N T This appeal is listed for orders on maintainability of this appeal. The office has noted that the value of the subject matter of this appeal is below of Rs.10 lakhs and therefore, the appeal would not be maintainable before this Court in view of the provisions of Section 19(1) of the Karnataka City Civil Courts Act.
2. At this stage, Sri.B.B.Patil, learned Counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file the same before the appropriate forum.
3. Keeping in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, permission is granted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to re- present the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
