Vinayak Vishnu Gokhale, original petitioner, since deceased, has filed this petition before this Court with a prayer that this Court may issue writ of certiorari or any other appropriate order or direction quashing and setting aside the judgement and order dated 30.12.1991 passed by the learned Board of Registrar's Nominee, Vadodara, rejecting the petitioner's Arbitration Suit No. 1161 of 1985 and further quashing and setting aside the judgement and order dated 30.9.1992 passed by the Co-operative Tribunal, State of Gujarat, Ahmedabad, dismissing the petitioner's appeal No. 25 of 1992. It appears that during the pendency of the proceedings the original petitioner has expired and an application was filed to bring the heirs of the petitioner who are petitioner Nos. 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4. Order of this Court was passed on 20.4.1996 in Civil Application No. 1466 of 1996. It appears that rule was issued for respondent No. 1 (his heirs and legal representatives) which was not served. The learned advocate for the petitioner is requested to see that respondent No. 1 is served so that the matter will be ready for hearing as the matter being 1993 matter. As regards respondent No. 2, Mr. M.B. Gandhi, learned advocate, appears. In view of the same learned advocate for the petitioner is requested to take necessary steps to serve respondent No.
