Learned counsel Shri Dave for the petitioners in both these petitions seeks permission to withdraw these petitions as the petitioners want to approach the authority and file reply to the show cause notices issued by the authority. At this stage, Mr.Dave requested that the authority be directed to deal with all the contentions raised by the petitioners in their reply to the show cause notices including the judgment of Delhi High Court as well as the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court on which they are relying. It is hope and trust that the authority may take just decision in accordance with law in the matter.
