Attention of this Court is invited to an order, passed at the admission stage by this Court, in SCA 15085/04 dated 23/11/04 in a similar matter as pointed out by learned Advocate Mr.B.P.Jasani. Therefore, he has requested for the same order and direct the office to place both the matters on 24/1/05 for further hearing.
